10What if I am not sure what style I want?
No need to worry! In the Crew Up questionnaire, you can simply select the option that allows our editors to determine the most suitable style for your video based on your materials and objectives.
11How many days do I have to submit materials after purchase?
Once you purchase the Crew Up service, you have 30 calendar days to deliver your video materials and any supporting elements.
12How do I deliver my materials?
After payment, you will receive access to a private folder where you can securely upload your video materials.

17Can I request adjustments during editing?
The editing process is based on your questionnaire, and adjustments cannot be made once editing begins.
18How is payment made?
Payment is made according to the issued quotation, and editing commences once the transaction has been confirmed.
